It works well to slow down hay consumption for laminitis prone pony while making sure she always has some hay available without overeating. The material is soft but tough, we use it on the ground and it has not been broken like other haynets we have tried. Could have possibly gone to 3cm size, but we have other haynets with larger hole sizes out as well so she is able to use them too. Pretty happy with this purchase, so far it has been great for slowing down hay consumption and reducing wastage.
Already threw away, horses chewed holes in the netting.

This is one sturdy hay net. The netting & hanging rope are the heaviest gauge I’ve seen. SO EASY to fill, too.
